2002 – graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a degree in Robotics.

2006 – completed the Strategic HR Management retraining program at the State University of Management.

2009 – obtained an MBA with honors in Telecommunications at the MIRBIS Moscow International Higher Business School.

Professional background:

His career began at CBOSS in 2003, where he worked his way up from a tech support engineer of billing systems to the head of the entire business unit called Professional Services.

In 2010, he moved on to Yota GC as Director of Development and Program Management.

He started pursuing a financial industry career in 2013 to become the Vice President of IT at Otkritie FC in 2015.

In 2017, he was appointed Senior Vice President of IT at Rostelecom and joined the company’s board.

In May 2024, he was appointed Senior Vice President and CTO, Sberbank.
