Born on January 1, 1982, in Tula.

In 2004, he graduated with honors from Tula State University with a degree in Psychology. In 2009, he received his second higher education degree from the Higher School of Economics in Finance and Credit.

Since 2014, he has been included in the «Top-1000 Leading Managers of Russia» ranking by Kommersant Publishing House and the Russian Managers Association (RMA), as HR Director among companies operating in the service sector and consumer goods manufacturing.

In 2016, he was awarded the «Crystal Pyramid» prize for achievements in human capital management.

Since May 2018, he has served as Vice President – Director of the Administrative Department at LLC Hals-Development.

In July 2020, he was appointed Deputy General Director – Director of the Administrative Department at LLC Hals-Development.

In March 2022, he was appointed Deputy General Director and Head of the Functional Area «Personnel and Organizational Development» at Hals-Development Group of Companies.

In April 2022, he was appointed General Director of Hals-Tsifra. Hals-Tsifra is part of Hals-Development Group of Companies and provides comprehensive services in software development, adaptation, and implementation within the construction and real estate development sectors.
