In 2004, I graduated with honors from Tula State University with a degree in Psychology. In 2009, I obtained a second higher education from the Higher School of Economics in Finance and Credit. From 2005 to 2007, I led the personnel management department at Alpha-Insurance, the largest Russian insurance company. In 2007, I was appointed Head of the Personnel Department for the regional network of Intesa Bank, the Russian subsidiary of Intesa Sanpaolo Group (Italy). In 2012, I joined AgroTerra Group as Director of the Personnel Department, and from 2015 to 2018 held the position of Director of the Personnel and Organizational Development Division. Since 2014, I have been included in the «Top-1000 Leading Managers of Russia» ranking by Kommersant Publishing House and the Association of Managers of Russia (AMR) as a Director of Personnel Management in companies operating in the service and consumer goods manufacturing sectors. In 2016, I was awarded the «Crystal Pyramid» prize for achievements in human capital management. Since May 2018, I have served as Vice President – Director of the Administrative Department at LLC Gals-Development. In July 2020, I was appointed Deputy General Director – Director of the Administrative Department at LLC Gals-Development. In March 2022, I was appointed Deputy General Director and Head of the Functional Direction «Personnel and Organizational Development» at Gals-Development Group. In April 2022, was appointed General Director of Gals-Digital.
