At Zerocoder, I’m responsible for B2G and B2B projects.

Prior to that, I spent over 10 years at Yandex:

• Developed development offices, academic programmes and the company’s HR brand in the regions.
• Managed a team developing machine‑learning tools. Released in opensource, together with the team, the gradient boosting library on decision trees, CatBoost.
• Handled interaction with government authorities on educational initiatives.
• Led the company’s free educational initiatives unit — the Yandex Academy.

Before Yandex, I worked in outsourcing, holding positions from developer to CTO. I had successful experience implementing projects for IBM, Skype and MTS.
