N.Bulatov graduated from the Physics Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2009. In 2012 he received the degree of Candidate of Physico-mathematical Sciences.
He has experience in implementing entrepreneurial projects in the field of education and business consulting.
From 2014 to 2018, he worked in the Moscow Government, developing mentoring in entrepreneurship and stimulating demand for innovative products from city structures.
Since 2018 N.Bulatov started working at the Skolkovo Foundation. He developed a portfolio of smart urban technology projects, including smart city and home platforms, engineering systems, and intelligent solutions for construction. Participated in the implementation of the Build UP program.
Since 2022 N.Bulatov started heading the Industial Department of the Skolkovo Foundation. Develops cooperation with major industrial partners from metallurgy, chemical industry, oil refining, energy and others. Implements projects for the development of internal and external innovations in the activities of industrial enterprises to increase their efficiency. He is the head of GreenTech Sustainable Development, Russia’s largest annual program for the search and implementation of technological solutions in the field of resource efficiency, ecology, and industrial safety. The program’s partners are the largest enterprises from the main sectors of the economy, inc. Severstal, Norilsk Nickel, Tatneft, Gazprom Neft, Eurochem, Uralchem, Sibur and others
