of the governments of all regions of the Russian Federation and representatives of large businesses. He has extensive experience in managing processes in organizations, sales, marketing, and promotion. He reduces staff turnover and changes the organization’s structure from the perspective of financial benefits for the organization.

He serves as an advisor to the general director of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and the Federal Bank of the Russian Federation. He is actively involved in the development of human resources and training standards for the «Unmanned Industry» sector, and is the head of the «Unmanned Systems and Complexes» working group at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
