Yuri Viktorovich Bituev is an entrepreneur, an expert in the field of valuation, forensic economic expertise, project management, and digital economy. He has over 24 years of professional experience, including 16 years in valuation activities and 11 years of expert work. Since 2014, he has been the director of the Center for Forensic Valuation Expertise Association. Previously, he held the position of General Director of the Property Valuation Agency LLC and worked as the Vice-Rector for Economics and Property Complex Development at the University.
Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor, author of more than 20 scientific articles and 8 educational and methodological publications. He has several higher education degrees: an economics degree, a master’s degree in evaluation report expertise, a master’s degree in law, and additional training in forensic expertise and mobile app development management.
His extensive interdisciplinary experience has led to the creation of the GO AND GUIDE 360 project, an immersive tourism platform for the digital promotion of regions, businesses, and cultural heritage.
Today, GO AND GUIDE 360 is undergoing a pilot launch in the Baikal region, has more than 5,000 downloads, over 200 partners, and support from the TECHNOVOSTOK 2030 grant. The goal of participating in the exhibition is to attract investments, find strategic partners, and scale the platform to the regions of the Far East.
