Biography

Natalia brings over 20 years of professional experience in technological and strategic development of the agribusiness sector. Her background includes launching and developing the Skolkovo Foundation’s Agrotech Hub, strategic industry planning, and independent consulting work.

Her core competencies span innovation financing and project development, cluster and technology park conceptualization, financial and business model development, market analysis, and strategic planning for large enterprises, industries, and innovation ventures. She has worked with leading organizations including the consulting firm Branan, Russia’s Ministry of Agriculture, the Skolkovo Foundation, and as a private consultant, where she directed the Agrotech Hub.

Education: M.S. in Chemical Technology and Biotechnology (with honors), Russian State University of Oil and Gas; Ph.D. in Economics specializing in World Economy; international fellowship in Israel’s innovation ecosystem and small business development in healthcare.

Current roles: Expert at Skolkovo Foundation, Deputy Chair of Working Group 2035 HomeNet (National Technology Initiative), Co-founder and member of the National Association of Certified Advisors, Editorial Board member of Agroisk journal.
