I specialize in ecosystem development, strategic communications, and building innovation-driven communities. At Skolkovo Technopark, I lead the Strategic Ecosystem Development direction, focusing on community growth, educational initiatives, and collaboration with startups, investors, and technology companies.

I am also the Head of the Open Pre-Accelerator Program at Skolkovo and the creator of “Skolkovo 360” — a federal community project uniting technoparks and technology entrepreneurs across Russia.

Over the past years, I have organized and moderated more than 500 business events and networking sessions in 6 countries, ranging from private executive gatherings to large international forums and conferences. My work is focused on connecting technology, business, government, and people to create strong communities, meaningful partnerships, and environments where new ideas and projects can grow.
