I am an Algerian entrepreneur and ecosystem builder based in Algiers, founder of UpGrowth and UpGrowth Connect. I work at the intersection of startup operations, ecosystem design and emerging-market strategy, focused on what it takes to turn early-stage ideas into operating companies in contexts where founder infrastructure is still being built.

I launched UpGrowth in 2023 as Algeria’s first integrated platform for entrepreneurs; it now maps 6,000+ ecosystem actors across all 58 wilayas and has supported 300+ founders.

In 2025, I opened UpGrowth Connect, our physical startup support hub in Birkhadem, Algiers, handling what a digital platform alone cannot: legal domiciliation, fast-track company creation, structured incubation, 12-week acceleration, and turnkey soft-landing for foreign investors entering Algeria.

My perspective is operator-first: programs built around real founder constraints, and a deliberate effort to turn administrative and regulatory friction into a solved problem rather than a recurring drain on founder energy. I work regularly with public agencies, private investors, and international operators evaluating Algeria.

At Startup Village I am speaking on incubation, acceleration and startup support hubs in emerging markets, sharing operational lessons from building one from scratch in Algeria, and looking to exchange with hub operators, program designers, and MENA-active investors.
