Alexey Belov is Head of Academic Initiatives and Partnerships at Alfa-Bank, an expert in creating large-scale educational programs and international academic collaborations.

Graduate of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) in Political Science and completed a one-year academic internship at Qatar University.

• From 2015 to 2020 he developed HSE’s international educational projects across the CIS, East Asia, and the Middle East, managed overseas resource centers, and launched programs to attract talented young people to Russia.

• From 2020 to 2024 he led the regional engagement direction at Letovo School, implementing nationwide educational initiatives.

• Since 2024 he has been leading the education team at Alfa-Bank and developing the Alfa‑Future program portfolio: 10 master’s programs, 2 bachelor’s programs, professional development programs for students and university faculty, programs for top management of Russian universities, online courses, and partner academic projects.
