Previously, he worked for 6 years as Production Director at OZERETSKY DAIRY PLANT (Moscow), managing a team of 350 people, implementing budgeting systems and KPIs. Prior to that, he spent 9 years as Head of Research and Development and Chief Technologist at Omsk Processed Cheese Plant (Yastro). Key achievements: development and implementation of about 50 SKUs of processed cheese, 4 formats of semi-hard cheese, launching a cheese production plant. Special expertise in dairy whey processing: mastered nanofiltration and electrodialysis technologies to produce whey with 90% demineralization level (SD 90). Led the reconstruction of a production facility, increasing milk processing capacity from 18 to 250 tons per day within 3 years. Speaks English at B1 level.
