I have been working in Russian Railways for more than 13 years (started with youth policy, then worked with a strategic personnel reserve)

Currently, I hold the position of Deputy Director of the Russian Railways Corporate University - Head of the Center for Youth Projects. For over 3 years I have been overseeing the implementation of the youth policy of the Russian Railways holding (the target audience is over 230 thousand young people): adaptation and mentoring, development and training of young people, talent management, career advancement, creating comprehensive conditions for self-realization.
