In 2006, he graduated from the Peter the Great Military Academy of the Strategic Missile Forces.
He is currently Deputy General Director of JSC «CBT,» responsible for the company’s technical department, including information technology and information security. He is an expert in biometric technologies and digital business transformation.
Prior to joining the Center for Biometric Technologies, he oversaw the creation of the Unified Biometric System (UBS) at PJSC Rostelecom. He also currently holds several leadership positions within Rostelecom Group:
• General Director of RTK Soft Labs LLC,
• Director of Special Programs at PJSC Rostelecom,
• Director of Digital Identity at JSC RT Labs.
He has over 15 years of experience in information technology and investment banking. He has worked for leading IT integrators and investment banks.
