Vladimir Leshchenko is a Director for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation with a strong focus on deploying AI technologies in industrial enterprises and the public sector. Since 2023, he has headed the AI Technology Competence Center at the private institution “Tsifrum”, where he is responsible for strategic development, a portfolio of high‑tech AI projects, and partnerships with leading corporations and research institutions. Under his leadership, more than 12 projects in predictive analytics, computer vision, and generative AI.

Since 2022, Vladimir has served as an Expert at the Analytical Center of the Government of the Russian Federation on Artificial Intelligence and Digitalization, contributing to strategic reports and expert reviews of AI investment projects with a total value exceeding 2 billion rubles. He is actively involved in shaping national AI policy, collaborating with federal authorities and international organizations such as the IAEA and WANO. Vladimir also chairs a professional community on Artificial Intelligence in Industry, fostering an ecosystem that connects corporations, research institutes, and startups.
