Expert in technology development management, R&D management, and innovation commercialization. Has over 12 years of experience in industry, academia, and corporate innovation. Member of the Scientific and Technical Councils (NTS) of JSC «BESK» and PJSC «Rosseti».

In 2011, graduated from Ural Federal University named after B.N. Yeltsin with a degree in Electric Drive and Industrial Automation. In 2014, completed postgraduate studies in Electromechanics and Electrical Apparatus (UrFU). In 2020, completed the programme «Research, Development and Innovation Management» at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE).

2011–2018 — Lead Engineer and Head of the Electric Machines Laboratory, Ural Federal University. 2011–2014 — Innovation Project Manager, ELTECHNO LLC (Skolkovo Resident, Yekaterinburg). 2017–2019 — Head of Advanced Development and Programmes, Sirius Educational Center (Sochi). 2019–2022 — Head of Competitive Intelligence and Intellectual Property, NLMK Group R&D. 2022–2024 — Head of R&D Methodology, Nornickel. 2024–2025 — Strategy Director of an industrial diversified holding.
