He has over 15 years of experience in Finance and Corporate Governance, having held positions in Ernst&Young CIS (B.V.), The State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom, The State Corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank).
As the Moscow Export Center CEO, Vitaly Stepanov is responsible for

• managing the company with the total headcount of 212 employees;
• provision of export support measures for Moscow-based business;
• development and implementation of special projects, focused on increasing of foreign trade turnover of Moscow-based business.
