Stanislav Kosarev is an expert in EdTech, B2G, B2B and GR, and Director for Public Sector Relations at Algorithmics, an international school of programming and mathematics. He is responsible for the development of federal and regional educational projects, cooperation with government authorities, building partnerships with business, and integrating digital solutions into regional education systems.
His work focuses on building continuous educational pathways in IT and artificial intelligence - from preschool and school education to secondary vocational education, universities, and teacher training. One of his key projects is the scaling of a regional digital education model, first launched in the Belgorod Region and later expanded to dozens of Russian regions. The model combines teacher professional development, a digital learning platform, project-based education, and the development of IT competencies among children.
Stanislav is a laureate of the National Award “People Changing the Country.”
