🏢 Entrepreneurial Activity
Sergey Khodjaev has been leading ProfItProject since 2007. A year later, in 2010, the company released its key solution — the KPI Monitor application.

Today, under his leadership, the KPI MONITOR platform, included in the register of domestic Russian software, is used for monitoring socio-economic indicators of regions, evaluating staff performance in the financial sector, as well as for managing university effectiveness. Among the key product development directions highlighted by S.V. Khodjaev is the integration of artificial intelligence elements into performance management to transition from retrospective control to proactive management.
