He started his career in banking sector trading at Alef Group, where he worked as the head of the stock department
. Since 2006, he worked at VTB Group, having worked his way up from analyst at VTB24 to head of the risk management department at VTB CJSC (Belarus).

As Deputy Head of Risk Management, he oversaw the department of credit risk control and recovery of problematic debts of individuals at MTS Bank.

Since 2017, he started working on machine learning and artificial intelligence.:
He headed Sberbank’s Tools and Models Department as Managing Director in the Risks section.

At Gazprombank, he was Deputy head of the Data Analysis and Modeling Department and developed a centralized model function.

Since 2020, he has been Vice President and Deputy Head of VTB’s Data Analysis and Modeling Department. Participated in the creation of the data modeling competence center at the bank.

Since 2024, he has been the head of T1 «Artificial Intelligence», T1 IT Holding.
