Sergey has been with Potok since its inception. He started as a technical director, where he defined the company’s technological strategy, was responsible for the implementation of new technologies, the formation of the technical department, architecture and operation. In 4 years, he created and built the development of TalentTech products from scratch. Developed the ML/AI and big data division. Since 2022, Sergey has been appointed CEO of Potok.

Sergey Akhmetov is an expert in the formation of product and technical teams, innovative development, as well as in the creation and management of HR-Tech products and HRtech-generalist.

Potok solutions are used by 500 large and medium-sized companies: Beeline, MTS, BOSCH, SuperJob, Home Credit Bank, Severstal, Lenta. In 2023, Potok was recognized as the best HRtech company in the Wow PRO rating (organized by HR media THEHRD.ru)

Sergey is a graduate of the Institute of Atomic Energy of the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, Faculty of Cybernetics, and also an MBA graduate of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
