Roman Khazeev graduated from The Bauman Moscow State Technical University specializing in Mechatronics and Robotics. Roman’s professional career began in 2007 as a technical support specialist engaged in implementing CAD solutions. Gradually, the focus of his activities shifted towards analytics: for several years, he worked as a business and systems analyst with major integrators, participating in developing government information systems as a business architect.
In 2013, Roman joined the civil service, where he worked on computerization projects. In 2015, he returned to the commercial sector, joining major integrators as project manager. During this period, he participated in developing solutions for the World Bank and Russian government agencies, successfully putting into commercial operation several large subsystems for government information systems.
In 2017, he joined the Rostelecom PJSC team, having worked his way up from project manager to Director of the Digital Technologies unit. In 2025, the scope of his professional responsibility expanded to managing the development of solutions based on artificial intelligence to digital development product portfolio
