Graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics at Moscow State University. Since 2012, he has been working in the Moscow Transport Department. Today, he is the Head of the Center for Research and Development of Unmanned Transport at the Directorate of Information Technology and Communication Systems.
