20+ years of experience in higher education and public administration. Starting her career as a lecturer and researcher at NSTU, she rose to the position of Advisor to the First Vice-Rector. Subsequently, she held senior positions at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Talents and Success Foundation (Sirius Educational Center), as well as at PRUE and the SUM, where she led the development of unique educational programmes integrating acceleration formats and digital competencies.

Since 2023, she has been at the helm of the Project Office established for methodological and organisational support of the «Startup as a Diploma» Programme. Under her leadership, a seamless trajectory for developing entrepreneurial competencies among young people has been established, covering 200+ universities across 65 regions of Russia. The Annual All-Russian Competition of Final Qualification Papers in the «Startup as a Diploma» format is a flagship project that sets new standards for practice-oriented education.

Author and developer of 60+ educational courses and trainings, 22+ scientific articles, and 10+ research projects. Expert of the federal programme «PUTE». Accredited expert of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation on psychosocial well-being of participants in educational relations.

Regularly speaks as a keynote speaker and moderator at major international and federal platforms: SPIEF,EEF,KIF,UNOVAS,INNOPROM, etc.
