He was born on September 11, 1965 in the city of Volgograd.

In 1986, he graduated with honors from the Kamyshinsky Higher Military Construction Command School.

Graduated from St. Petersburg State University (St. Petersburg State University) in 1992

In 1998, he graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA).

Since 2009, he has worked at JSC MHC EuroChem as Head of the department.

From 2014 to 2020, he held the position of Director at Our Project LLC.

In 2020, he was Deputy Director General for Science at the Volgogradgiprobiosynthesis Institute of Design and Land Management.

From 2020 to the present, he has been the Project Director at GC EXACTLY LLC.

He was directly involved in the construction of the Baikal-Amur Mainline and the construction of residential complexes in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Krasnodar and Volgograd.
