Biography

Expert in the field at the intersection of artificial intelligence and information security.
Graduated from Moscow State University in 2012 with a degree in Fundamental Radiophysics, and completed additional training in computational finance at HSE University. In 2020, earned a PhD in Physics and Mathematics.
Oleg worked as a Senior Data Analyst at Innoscripta GmbH (Munich), where he led projects ranging from computer vision and natural language processing to financial risk management. He was a visiting researcher at the Keldysh Institute of Applied Mathematics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, where he developed solutions for machine translation. He also delivered mission-critical data science solutions for DOM.RF. Since 2019, he has been teaching at Skoltech in the group led by Professor Ivan Oseledets.
Author of more than 70 works, including publications in journals such as Physical Review B, Applied Physics Letters, and Scientific Reports, and at conferences including AAAI, ICLR, IJCAI, and ACL. A science communicator.
Oleg’s group works on the robustness of neural networks against external attacks, protection against the theft of information resources, digital watermarking, anti-fakes, and other relevant problems. Since March 2025, he has headed the SAIL Secure Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, established by AIRI in partnership with MTUCI.
