Badera Oleg Alekseevich
Born on February 12, 1967, Kerch
Has a university degree. In 1989, he graduated from the Kharkov Higher Military Aviation Engineering College with a degree in Aircraft and Power Plants.
In the period from 1984 to 1994 he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR.
In 1994, he retired from the Armed Forces with the rank of captain.

2000 – 2002 – General Director of LLC «Wesso-Link Unified Paging»
2002 – 2007 – General Director of JSC «United TeleCom»
2002 - present - Chairman The Board of Directors of LLC WessoLink Management Company, which began its activities in 1992 as the first Russian commercial paging operator, and is currently a leading system integrator in the field of design, construction and operation of intelligent transport systems.
2023 - present – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aerolink LLC. The company was established by the Autonomous Non-profit Organization NTI Platform, the State Transport Leasing Company (GTLC) and the WessoLink Group of Companies.
