The Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the City of Moscow has been working in the team
for more than 5 years. Prior to that, he worked in federal ministries for more than 10 years.
In the Department, he began his career in the Export Development Department, where he launched Russia’s first subsidy program for metropolitan exporters.
He headed the Department’s communications and convention and exhibition units as head of the department.
He was responsible for launching and promoting the Department’s most exciting projects. Throughout this time, he coordinated the Moscow Export Center and was responsible for the implementation of the Moscow Mayor’s «Made in Moscow» project. In 2 years, the project has become one of the flagship projects in the Department.
