Natalya Evgenyevna Shamanskaya was born on April 25, 1976. She holds a higher education degree, specializing in a specialist degree. In 1998, she graduated from the Volga Region Academy of Public Administration with a degree in public and municipal administration and a managerial qualification.
She has over 20 years of civil service experience.
She currently holds the position of Deputy Director of the Department for Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurship Development and Tax Incentives.
In this position, she prepares proposals for the development, coordination, and implementation of specific activities of the federal SME project, in particular the creation and/or development of industrial infrastructure.
