The main tasks are: implementing the strategy for attracting issuers, developing relations with issuers and investors, organizing new placements and listings, increasing the efficiency of processes for attracting and working with issuers on Moscow Exchange. She has successful experience in corporate finance, the capital market and in investor relations in large companies: Promsvyazbank, Sberbank, VTB, Norilsk Nickel, VEB and others. Among the completed tasks: IPO of VTB Bank, SPO of Sberbank, depository receipt programs for Norilsk Nickel and leading state banks, organizing bond and Eurobond issues. At different stages of her career, she was responsible for business development and relations with large corporate clients and financial institutions, rating agencies, analysts and investors. He also has experience in organizing financing for small and medium-sized businesses, which is one of the important areas of development for the Moscow Exchange.
