Milan Randjelović is an innovation ecosystem expert and strategic development professional with more than 20 years of experience in innovation policy, technology-based economic development, investment facilitation, and entrepreneurship support. He currently serves as Managing Director of the Science and Technology Park Niš, one of the leading innovation infrastructure institutions in Southeast Europe.
Throughout his career, he has played a key role in the establishment and development of major innovation and business infrastructure projects, including the Science and Technology Park Niš, startup and accelerator programs, industrial and free trade zones, and regional innovation support mechanisms. His work is focused on strengthening deep-tech, AI, hardware engineering, and startup ecosystems through collaboration between academia, industry, government, and international partners.
He has extensive experience in strategic planning, innovation management, investment promotion, and the implementation of complex development initiatives funded through national and international programs. He is actively involved in regional innovation cooperation across the Western Balkans and participates in initiatives related to digital transformation, entrepreneurship, smart specialization, and technology transfer.
In parallel with his executive and policy work, he is also engaged in academic and research activities in the fields of innovative entrepreneurship, decision-making theory.
