Maxim Nikitin is an entrepreneur and CEO of LEGCHE
, a Russian next-generation SaaS CRM/ERP platform for small and medium-sized businesses. He has over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate, business automation, and operational management. Maxim is also the founder of the premium coworking space HEADWAY in Moscow, where he encountered the limitations of existing CRM/ERP systems and initiated the development of his own platform.
Under his leadership, the LEGCHE team created a microservices-based no-code platform featuring Server-Driven UI, AI-powered tools, and deep business process customization capabilities. The platform is designed to provide fast deployment, data sovereignty, and lower automation costs for Russian businesses. Today, LEGCHE is already used in coworking spaces, serviced offices, and other SME sectors.
Maxim is responsible for the company’s strategy, product development, commercialization, and partnerships. The company is officially accredited by the Russian Ministry of Digital Development as an IT organization.
In 2025, the LEGCHE project received an 82% investment assessment score from the Moscow Venture Fund and was recognized as a promising Russian CRM/ERP platform with an innovative architecture and strong industry expertise.
