Biography

Was born on November 18, 1994, in Moscow.
In 2016, he graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Systems and Technologies, and in 2018, he graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a master’s degree in Biomedical Systems and Technologies.
From 2014 to 2018, he worked as an educational product manager and an R&D engineer at Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
From 2018 to 2019, he was an R&D manager at Skolkovo Technopark.
From 2019 to 2023, he was the project manager for the Moscow Mayor’s Digital Transformation Leaders competition at the Moscow Innovation Agency.
Since 2023, he has been the Deputy General Director of the Moscow Innovation Agency.
Since 2025, he has been the Deputy General Director of the Moscow Innovation Cluster. In the Moscow Government, Maxim is responsible for stimulating demand for innovation and the introduction of new technologies.
