Maksim Natchuk is a Russian engineer, entrepreneur, and founder of SKADI Technologies, a company developing mixed and augmented reality (MR/AR) glasses. From an early age, he was passionate about technology, engineering, and entrepreneurship, creating his own projects in 3D modeling and digital innovation.

While studying at Saint Petersburg Mining University, Maksim began developing the SKADI project, which later evolved into a full-scale technology startup. The company creates MR glasses for industrial applications, remote expert support, and consumer use. SKADI solutions have been tested in large industrial and oil & gas environments.

In 2026, Maksim Natchuk was included in the Forbes Russia “30 Under 30” longlist in the Science and Technology category. In the same year, SKADI Technologies secured investment from the Indian company Power Impex to expand manufacturing and enter international markets, including production development in India. Maksim also became the winner of the GSEA Russia competition in the “Future Unicorn” category.
