In 2009, he graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Finance and Credit. In 2019, he completed a professional retraining program at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, specializing in Public and Municipal Administration. He holds a PhD in Economics.
