Lev Garitov, 22, Ufa — entrepreneur and founder of Inspecto, a startup focused on automating business processes through digital checklists and inspections.

Inspecto helps companies digitize audits, quality and risk management, improving workplace safety and operational efficiency. The project was recognized among the top university startups in Russia by Skolkovo in 2024.

Since 2020, Lev has been working in marketing and digital product development. He founded two EdTech projects with a combined audience of over 60,000 users. Since 2022, he has been building marketing departments for online schools and managing advertising budgets exceeding 10 million rubles.

He has completed more than 30 educational programs with a total value of over 2 million rubles. Among the books that have had the greatest influence on him are “Just Do It! Do It Simple!” by Oskar Hartmann, “Losing My Virginity” by Richard Branson, and “Principles” by Ray Dalio.

His goal is to build a unicorn technology company from Russia.
