Biography

Born in Gatchina, Leningrad Region, on December 26, 1983.
In 2006, he graduated from the AFSB with a degree in Information Security.
At the beginning of his career, he was engaged in the digitalization of government agencies.
In 2019, he joined Roscosmos State Corporation as Director of the Digital Development Department. He was responsible for the formation and implementation of a unified IT industry policy, taking into account the vector for the formation of technological sovereignty, as well as for the creation of digital products and services.
In 2023, he became the head of the Competence Center for Aerospace Technologies of T1 Holding, where a design bureau, a geospatial analytics center and a UAS operator were established. The team has developed its own line of UAVs included in the Register of Domestic Industrial Products, and also received a type certificate for an unmanned aircraft with a take-off weight of over 30 kg for aviation chemical works.
In 2024, he took the position of adviser on a voluntary basis to the governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region in order to intensify the development of the UAS market.
In 2025, he became the head of the board of directors of the Lorett engineering company, which creates a domestic ground-based space infrastructure.
In 2025, he became the head of Inno-Agro, a company that creates modern digital solutions that integrate space and unmanned technologies in order to digitalize the agro-industrial complex.
