Under Konstantin’s leadership, more than 10 new business areas based on big data and artificial intelligence were launched from scratch, generating billions of rubles in additional annual revenue for the company.

During his work at the international holding company VEON, he participated in building infrastructure for big data and Data Science operations across 10 countries, as well as scaling the company’s best products to other markets.

From 2012 to 2014, he headed the Big Data Division at Sberbank.

From 2006 to 2012, at MTS, he led customer base development and внедрение data-driven approaches into the company’s business processes.

He created Russia’s first ranking of AI companies, which later evolved into the independent AI Awards: Creators of the Future.

In 2020, he was recognized as Russia’s Best Chief Data Officer by the CDO Awards and received an award in the category “For Improving Business Efficiency.”
