He began his career in the Administration of St. Petersburg, as a leading specialist in international and innovative projects, implemented projects for the state services portal and paid parking in St. Petersburg as a sector head, continued his career in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation as the head of the scientific information department of the Khrulev Military Academy, and for 6 years was engaged in import substitution issues in the Administration of PJSC Gazprom.
