Kirill Kogtev is Executive Vice President, Head of the Retail Ecosystem and Digital Partnerships Department at Gazprombank. He has more than 15 years of experience in the financial sector.

Prior to joining Gazprombank, Kirill Kogtev held senior positions in insurance companies, focusing on partnership and ecosystem projects. In particular, he worked for Rosgosstrakh and Renaissance Insurance.

He started his career at Gazprombank in 2018 as Deputy Head of the Retail Ecosystem and Digital Partnerships Department, and was later appointed Executive Vice President ‑ Head of this department.

His area of responsibility includes attracting partners and forming a product offer in the Fire multiservice subscription. This subscription was recognized as the best in Russia according to the results of the Frank RG study «Subscription services in Russia in the second half of 2022».

Kirill Kogtev has been a speaker at major industry events. For example, he participated in the 15th Anniversary FINNEXT Financial Innovation Forum in 2026. During the session «Ecosystems 3.0: from Superapplications to AI Concierge and B2B Partnerships», he discussed the transformation of banking ecosystems and the role of artificial intelligence in fintech.

In December 2025, Kirill Kogtev commented on Gazprombank’s receipt of the Customer Force Awards in the WOW Experience category for achievements in the field of customer service. The bank received awards in two categories: «Best Office Service» and «Trust of the Year» for the Gazprom Pay payment service.

He graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Finance and Credit.
