Biography

I am an expert in educational programs with more than 10 years of experience in project management, scaling EdTech products, and team building.

Over the past several years, I built the operational infrastructure of an EdTech startup from the ground up (the todogood study platform): I developed the organizational structure, implemented a KPI and motivation system for a distributed team of up to 200 people, which increased operational efficiency by 20% and reduced management costs. Under my leadership, a large-scale 3-year transformational program for 20,000 users was delivered, six commercial courses (B2C and B2B) were launched, and a gamification and learner engagement system was established.

As Chief Operating Officer of the NGO “Intellectual Volunteering,” I created a network of more than 1,500 highly qualified volunteers (consulting, finance, and EdTech professionals), launched from scratch a management system for 80+ projects supporting social entrepreneurs and nonprofits, and designed a training and motivation program that improved volunteer retention. I also engaged participants from more than 10 regions across Russia.

Earlier in my career at LG Electronics, I managed key accounts and established a planning department, while at a charitable foundation I organized donor events for audiences of more than 1,000 people.

I combine strategic thinking, expertise in HR and process analytics, with hands-on experience in delivering measurable educational outcomes
