My name is Ilia Egorkin, and I make new digital worlds more accessible. I’m an investor in the Portal group of companies and lead the international development of this business. Together with the founders, we create the best VR games for entertainment centers and our own VR arenas, and we’re launching Portal VR parks around the world.

Our game studio currently has a portfolio of six titles: Portal Strike, Portal Arcade, Portal Mafia, Portal Zombie, Portal Party Games, and Birthday Party. If you’ve heard of Counter-Strike, imagine not controlling a character, but becoming the hero yourself — fully immersed in the game on a VR arena. I’m an engineer by training, but life led me to dive headfirst into business. I have over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, more than 5 years in investing, and over 8 years helping businesses scale rapidly.

I graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University and have a deep passion for the engineering mindset in everything I do.
