Mr. Hashem Mansy’s Biography
Mr. Hashem’s education started with a general British certificate of education in Cairo, Egypt – finally, graduated from Cairo University with a Bachelor’s of Science, majored in Business Administration.
Mr. Mansy kicked off his career in the early 90s; especially, in the ICT industry, where he has experience from a variety of great entities both regionally and internationally. Including: IBM, Lenovo and Dell in different leadership roles in ICT multinationals. Mr. Mansy’s experience was from great entities and also, he had experience in the start-up market, in which he was the Founder at Microhard Technology fulfilling the strategic purpose that fits with “start-up requirements”.
Highlighting the fact that Mr. Mansy focused on “change”; waking up every day thinking of the change that can be added to an entity, for it to add to its success. In that sense, the “change” did not only happen in Egypt, but also in the MENA region – in which, Mr. Mansy focused on the flexibility that should be added with the job to create the final outcome that is expected in the market, in order for it to evolve.
All in all, Mr. Mansy’s point of view is to continuously add enthusiasm to the job, and not only that, but also to run whichever entity he walks into with the following: the accurate strategy, leading to growth.
