From 2001 to 2010, I worked at ANCOR Group as a Team Leader in the Insurance market. After that, I spent several years managing my own recruitment agency specializing in Fintech professionals. Upon returning to ANCOR, I led the recruitment practice for the Hitech & Telecom markets from 2020 to 2022.

I joined GeekSource in 2022. Initially, I was responsible for operational recruitment management, client portfolio development, and service quality. At the beginning of 2023, I took on the role of Executive Director, overseeing the company’s business growth.
