During her career, Ekaterina has conducted more than 3,800 training programs, facilitation and strategy sessions, coaching sessions, webinars, and master classes.

Author of a unique speaker-training methodology for tech environment. Since 2017, the HYPERUM team has prepared more than 6,500 speakers to enable them to present at conferences, forums, internal demo days, and project committees.
