Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Gazprombank
Oversees the bank’s digital transformation and technology innovations, the IT unit, and the teams working on AI development and implementation.

Education – higher; graduated with honors from Tomsk State University with a degree in Management in 2001.

Mr. Zauers started his career with Gazprombank in 2001. He held the position of Vice President from May 2011 to September 2012, when he became First Vice President of the bank. He has been a member of the Management Board since February 2013, and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board since November 2014.
Mr. Zauers is a member of the Supervisory Board of National Research Tomsk State University.
Under the leadership of Dmitry Zauers, Gazprombank has successfully implemented a digital transformation project, which has remodeled its IT infrastructure, introduced new services to improve customer experience, and relaunched remote service channels. Artificial intelligence technologies have been integrated into virtually all the bank’s business processes, including retail and corporate business. The bank applies solutions based on AI algorithms, machine learning and big data in such areas as lending, payments, marketing, sales and cybersecurity.
