Under his leadership, the company has grown from a single production facility to four modern production complexes, implemented automated production lines, and increased output by 300%.
During his tenure, the company’s annual revenue grew from 120 million rubles in 2005 to 5 billion rubles in 2025,. The company expanded to international markets in the CIS and Middle East, earned the status of «Techgazelle» and Small Innovative Company, and became a participant in the national project «Labor Productivity.» Geltek was awarded as The best cosmetic brand in Russian by RBK Style. The company is certified to CGMP, ISO 13485, 22716, and TÜV standards.
