Dmitry Gornastolyov is a healthcare executive and oncologist, 44 years old. He graduated from Omsk State Medical Academy in Pediatrics (2008), later specialized in Oncology (2012) and Pediatric Oncology (RMAPE, 2015). He began his career as a pediatric surgeon and oncologist in Omsk, then served as Deputy Chief Physician for Medical Affairs at Sevastopol Oncology Center.
From 2014 to 2022, he worked at Medscan Clinic (Moscow) as Chief Physician and then Deputy Chief Physician for Clinical Care. In 2022–2024, he was Director of the Oncology Institute at Hadassah Medical Moscow, followed by Chief Physician. Since February 2025, he serves as Deputy Head of Branch for Innovation, driving digital transformation, launching startups, implementing AI and novel diagnostic algorithms.
He has extensive experience as Principal Investigator in international clinical trials (breast, prostate, lung cancers, etc.). He completed internships in Israeli hospitals and collaborated with Asian-American Medical Group and UPMC. Author of an oncology training course for nursing staff (200+ nurses trained), co-author of the textbook «Social Sector Management» (2025). Certified trainer in handling anticancer drugs.
