In May 2023, he was appointed Director of the Center for Assistance to Young Specialists, which implements two programs: Rosmolodezh.Enterprise and Rosmolodezh.Prof.
The Rosmolodezh.Enterprise program provides support to young entrepreneurs at all stages of business development, from idea generation to scaling and international expansion. The program is part of the national project «Personnel» and includes the All-Russian Program for the Development of Youth Entrepreneurship. Key projects in the field include acceleration programs, educational courses, the Market of Young, and the Young Entrepreneur of Russia award.
