He has 15+ years of experience in the classifieds and remote work sectors, including as a top manager at FL.ru, a leading remote work service in Russia. Since 2017, Dmitry has held key leadership roles at Cian, including Head of Secondary Real Estate and Chief Product Officer, focusing on customer needs, journey research, and profiling. He was appointed CEO in May 2022. In 2023 and 2024, Dmitry ranked second in the Kommersant “Top 1000 Russian Managers” rating in the “Online Platforms” category.
