Since 2019 I have been working as HR specialist at IT startup focused on the automotive business sector. In 2022, following an M&A transaction, my team and I joined Avito company. During the first year, I was responsible for integrating our team into HR processes of Avito. Subsequently, I received an offer to transition into the role of an HR Business Partner within Avito’s structure.
